RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

At AASAKI, all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only provide exchange in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must record a clear opening/unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue.

Without a proper opening video, no exchange request or complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• With original tags and packaging intact

Products purchased during sale, discount offers, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange or return.

Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping across India on eligible orders.

In some exchange cases, the customer may be required to pay the exchange shipping charges.
