SHIPPING POLICY

At AASAKI, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.

• Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

• Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery information to avoid delays.

• AASAKI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, or natural disruptions.

• If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an opening video and contact us immediately.

• For exchange-related issues, an uncut opening video is mandatory.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

To confirm Cash on Delivery orders, an advance payment of ₹199 is mandatory. The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the advance payment is received. If the customer refuses delivery or cancels the order after dispatch, the ₹199 advance payment will not be refunded.
